Dan Mytels

Mr. Mytels has about ten years of experience in private equity and has invested in or led the acquisition of several micro-cap and/or lower middle market companies. He currently serves and has previously served on the boards of directors of several leading closely-held companies. Before founding Zenith Capital Partners, Mr. Mytels also founded a successful boutique investment bank that specializes in providing merger & acquisition and private placement services to lower middle market companies in $2M - $100M transactions. Over the past ten years, he has led advisory teams on the successful closing of over thirty transactions covering the full spectrum of the middle market. Earlier in his career, he led engagement teams as a strategic consultant with Arthur D. Little and worked for Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Corporate Tax and Valuation Groups. He is recognized as an expert on micro-cap and lower middle market buyouts, venture funding, and growth equity investments as well as on taxation, valuation, and ESOP issues related to mergers and acquisitions. He earned his B.S. in Management Science from the University of California at San Diego.

Patrick Hayes

Mr. Hayes is an operating partner with special expertise in building and motivating management teams to work in high performance and collaborative environments. He has several years of private equity experience and has led the evaluation, due diligence, and acquisition of several companies. For the 35+ years of his career prior to Zenith Capital Partners, Mr. Hayes has served as either the President, Owner, Founder, General Manager, or Board Member for numerous successful small to medium sized companies. He started his career in accounting and finance positions and holds a BA equivalent from the Royal Military Academy , Sandhurst England , and an MBA in Accounting equivalent with a certification as a Chartered Secretary Accountant (UK). He is a board member for several charities and non-profit organizations.
